class information & booking detailsIn-studio and live online classes
Our classes designed to support you at every stage of your movement journey. All classes are available in studio (maximum of 8 participants) and online.
Classes cater for a range of abilities, so please choose the option that best suits your experience and current needs before booking. If you have any injuries or medical conditions, please speak with Tanya prior to attending. You may still be able to join classes, although a 1:1 session may be recommended to ensure movements are safe, supportive, and tailored specifically to you.
In-Studio Classes
Most in-studio classes are fully booked, so please check availability before purchasing. Refunds can only be issued as account credit. If a class is full, you are welcome to contact Tanya to be added to the waitlist.
Live Online Classes
Online spaces are available. To attend live or receive class recordings to practise in your own time, purchase the 6-week or monthly recurring membership and book your classes at any point within the membership period.
Membership options & perks
The membership system is set up to cater for how often you can attend and to give you as much flexibility as possible. Like anything in this world, if you want to get better and feel the benefits, regularity and consistency are key - in your body and also in your mind. Without learning, we can’t improve.
6 Week Memberships
1 class per week for 6 weeks

Online only 6 week membership

Secures your mat in your selected class every week for 6 weeks (or choose to book classes individually for when suits)
Receive a class recording for access to repeat the class again at home for 2 weeks after
Never miss a class - If you can’t attend, cancel your in studio mat with a minimum of 6 hours notice and:
Rebook into any other class within the 6 week timeframe, OR
Book into the online class to attend live online (eg if suits better or if unwell, but still well enough to take part at home!), OR
Book into the online class (but don’t attend) to receive the class recording to practice when it suits you.
Note - if you wish to stay on for another 6 week course or switch to monthly, you need to renew your membership by week 3 to secure your mat for the next cycle.

Free ON DEMAND access to all Pilates and Yoga class recordings in the TeamUp ON DEMAND video library.
Never miss a class - If you can’t attend, cancel your in studio mat with a minimum of 6 hours notice and:

Book into the online class to attend live online (eg if suits better or if unwell, but still well enough to take part at home!), or don’t attend and just receive the class recording,
Automatic monthly renewaland payment every month on 1st month, until you decide to cancel. Saves brain space remembering!

Aerial Pilates & Yoga Classes
Ariel pilates & yoga uses a hammock and a combination of pilates & yoga to develop strength, to stretch, and use anti-gravity effects to offer several physical and psychological benefits:
