All classes and therapies are led by Tanya Ross - a highly qualified therapist and teacher with extensive experience in movement, rehabilitation, and holistic wellbeing, working with clients since 1992.

Classes include Pilates Mat (beginners through to improvers), Yoga (gentle and all levels), and Aerial Pilates & Yoga. Classes tailor for all abilities and may be suitable for many injuries and conditions, and are suitable for various fitness levels and goals.

Yes - all classes are offered both in-studio (small groups) and live online, with recordings available to support home practice.

You can join via flexible options, including 6-week passes or monthly memberships, which secure your place and give access to recordings and catch-up options.

Absolutely - there are specific classes tailored for beginners and those new to Pilates or Yoga, as well as modified options for early rehabilitation.

For online classes, you’ll need a device with Zoom and space to move comfortably. (New line)
In-studio participants should arrive on time with comfortable clothing and some water. All equipment is provided, but you are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.

Yes — TDR Academy provides injury & pain management sessions, sports massage, relaxation therapies, and occasional workshops.
