Injury Therapy & Pain Management Sessions
If you have sustained a musculoskeletal injury from any sport, from work or any lifestyle factors, or are suffering from acute or chronic pain, you can book in for an assessment, and receive expert hands on treatment and rehabilitation advice from an experienced Advanced Neuromuscular & Level 5 Sports Massage Therapy practitioner.Some sessions are assessment, treatment and rehab advice and other sessions are assessment of movement and engaging in movement to develop a personalised home practice exercise plan to further enhance your progress.

Sports Massage and Soft
Tissue Therapy
Sports Massage is a style of body massage that can use added and more focussed pressure when needed and aims to work into specific areas of tension for physical relief. Deep tissue work can be used whether you are actively exercising or not. Focuses on muscle release and improving pliability, recovery, and preventing potential future injury through targeted manipulation. Sessions can last from 30 mins upwards, based on areas needing worked and level of work needed.

Relaxation Massage Therapies
Relaxation massage therapies are available to support deep physical relaxation, emotional balance, and overall wellbeing. Each treatment is designed to calm the nervous system, ease muscular tension, and create a nurturing space where you can fully unwind, restore, and reconnect with yourself. A range of complementary therapies is offered, allowing your session to be tailored to your individual needs, preferences, and stage of life. Sessions are available from 30 minutes upwards and are completely flexible. The length and focus of your treatment are guided by you, based on the areas you would like included and how you are feeling on the day.

We are able to treat clients with Healthcare Cash Plans. This may involve your policy having a ‘Health and Wellbeing’ or similar section or Complimentary Therapy or Sports Massage (more typically). We advise you to check that Sports Massage Therapy, or whichever therapy you wish to book for, is included within your policy prior. If other therapies are listed on your policy and you wish to avail of these, contact Tanya if you are unsure if it is a treatment we offer.
Companies may offer reimbursement of 50-100% of paid expenses, or may cover up to a certain value. We can provide you with a receipt of payment to email to your insurance.
