Sport has always been at the centre of my life. From studying PE at GCSE and A-level, I went on to complete a BA (Hons) Degree in Sport & Leisure, turning a lifelong passion into a professional career. I competed nationally and internationally in artistic gymnastics, squash, and springboard & platform diving, with diving becoming my primary competitive focus. Between 1997 and 2007, I held the Ulster and All-Ireland Diving Championship titles, alongside multiple medals at British Universities, European Masters, and World Masters Diving Championships.
Alongside competition, I continually developed my skills across a wide range of disciplines—from pole fitness and aerial arts to Pilates, yoga, strength training and outdoor adventure sports. In 2011, I was honoured to receive the Service to Gymnastics Award from British Gymnastics and British Gymnastics NI, recognising long-term commitment to the sport and athlete development.
