Movement is more than a profession for me—it’s how I live. I believe practical experience matters, which is why I’ve always been willing to try new sports and activities to better understand the physical and mental demands they place on the body. Over the years, that’s included everything from ballet and boxing to surfing, hill walking, climbing, aerial circus arts and adrenaline sports around the world.
I’m a strong believer in continuous learning, undertaking training every year with world-class teachers to stay current with best practice in movement, rehabilitation and therapy. This curiosity and commitment allow me to bring the most effective, up-to-date methods to TDR Academy—helping clients move well, recover fully and enjoy an active, sustainable lifestyle.
