For the first time - I am making available a large treatment style room/office to rent in my health and wellbeing studio (first floor) in central Ballyclare.

I'm ALSO interested in hearing from teachers or therapists interested in running small group workshops/classes - as there is availability in the studio, which is fully equipped for Pilates and Yoga and caters for a total of 9 mats.

Due to such demand for massages and with available space to house additional therapists at TDR Academy, I have decided to open up TDR Academy of Movement & Therapy & Associates!

I will be providing my usual support with therapies and classes as TDR Academy, and the first new business that will be starting at the premises is (drum roll please)……….Kalá Massage, Sports Massage Therapy with James for tension relieving massages from sport or life!

More usually it’s a mixture of all of the above and lots more.  At TDR Academy we’re aiming for that balance between being there for our tribe with treatments and classes, as well as taking time out so we can refresh and re-new ourselves too. As the sun continues to shine and we head into June, our thoughts inevitably turn to the summer holidays. I’ve already booked mine and I’ll be away from Tuesday 6th - Thursday 22nd June (it's been two years since my last holiday)!  But don't panic - we've got ya covered!!
