We're off for a few days over the Easter weekend, but why not use that time to check out our online booking app, and get yourself a massage sorted, or try out some new classes?

So we have finally gone all techy and got ourselves an online booking system which also has an app for all our classes, workshops and appointments. It’s called MINDBODY - it’s used worldwide, and it operates with Paysafe for secure online payments.

We’ve pulled together our timetable for next term with some fab new classes as well as the old favourites so you have the tools to keep those new year's resolutions you’ll be making soon - for January 2018 and beyond!! But there aren't many spaces left. So get busy and get booking!

TDR Academy is closed Monday 30th October - no classes or appointments. No classes on Tuesday 31st October, but you can have appintments. Everything open as usual on Wednesday 1st November.

Please note that there will be no classes during the week of 10th - 14th July.  The Academy will be closed completely only on 12th and 13th July.

As the sun continues to shine and we head into June, our thoughts inevitably turn to the summer holidays. I’ve already booked mine and I’ll be away from Tuesday 6th - Thursday 22nd June (it's been two years since my last holiday)!  But don't panic - we've got ya covered!!
