Happy holidays are coming!! Just keeping you up to date with our planned closures for the upcoming holiday periods to help you plan ahead.

Classes and the clinic are running throughout the summer due to the demand for keeping continuity (only the 12th july fortnight and last week of aug off)!

Want to book in - drop in classes are also possible over the summer for new members also.

Just a little update on whats happening before, during and after Christmas...Yin Yoga Nidra Evening, Aerial Hammock 6 Week Course, New Yoga and New Beginners Pilates Classes start from 2nd Jan 2025, Opening and Closing Over Christmas - Classes and Clinic Hours. Hope you can join us in December and help me make better plans for you for the New Year ahead.

Remember if you still want to do a class when we are closed (to earn brownie points!), you can use one of the last 2 classes you attended at the end of June (accessible over the summer), ON Demand classes (monthly members only), and you also have free access to the library of classes on Youtube where there is Pilates, Yoga and Stretching classes for many levels and Body Conditioning also.

All classes are off Monday 1st - Thursday 4th April 2024 inclusive for the Easter break.

May Bank Holiday - classes are off 27th May for the last bank holiday weekend in May. (We are still attending on Monday 6th May!)

Tanya’s clinic will be closed from 1st-5th April 2024.

Due to such demand for massages and with available space to house additional therapists at TDR Academy, I have decided to open up TDR Academy of Movement & Therapy & Associates!

I will be providing my usual support with therapies and classes as TDR Academy, and the first new business that will be starting at the premises is (drum roll please)……….Kalá Massage, Sports Massage Therapy with James for tension relieving massages from sport or life!

We are finally getting a new booking software!
I hope to go live with TeamUp from Saturday 12th.
If you are attending from 14th Nov onwards, you need to complete your sign up prior.

GOOD NEWS!! As restrictions have eased again, we are now almost back to normal!! We are still asking for masks to be worn in treatments and off the mats, but prior covid screening has been removed. We just ask that you reschedule if feeling in any way unwell or have any symptoms of any coughs/colds/flu/covid. We want to stay open to keep helping you and if we end up feeling unwell we have to close! Apart from that - we are back to using all equipment, props and space! Hope to see you soon!

Book in to a Pilates, Yoga or Stretching class or a Sports Massage or Pain and Injury treatment, or just be good to your mind and body with a Relaxation Massage, and let’s make a start this autumn to get your body and mind back in the game!

GOOD NEWS!! We are opening the doors to more services again! Whoop whoop!!

The sessions that can begin again - IN CLINIC Treatments from 23rd April and IN STUDIO Personal Training from 30th April and Classes possibly from 24th May (attendance will be restricted still due to social distancing, but a rota will be devised for you to attend in person if you wish!).

We’re not seeing each other anywhere near as much as we would all like, but it is great to connect with one another - either on our online Zoom classes, through our TDR Academy Tribe Facebook group, on our YouTube channel or on our other social media. We’re offering a Yin Yoga workshop on 5th February - come join me and Yinify our minds, bodies and energies! Let’s make our first Friday in February fabulous!

Following the Government announcements for therapists to return to work from 6th July 2020, Tanya has been very busy carrying out the risk assessment, undertaking the return to work COVID-19 course and preparing the clinic for re-starting. This has involved updating all our online platforms, website, Mindbody and social media etc to reflect the changes in the COVID-19 policies for return to work, and to ensure we are keeping everyone as safe as possible.

We’re delighted to say that Gary and his colleagues will be there supporting the runners at this year’s Lisburn Half Marathon by providing recovery advice and pre AND post event sports massage from 5.30-9.30pm for all runners entered.

What an amazing Bank Holiday weekend we’ve just had! We won (jointly) at the Ballyclare Business Awards on Friday night- Best Professional Services Provider 2018! Gary came 3rd in the 5k Co. Antrim Harriers May Fair Race and both Tanya & Gary offered free post-run massages to the weary athletes, raising £96.80 for the MS Society NI
